Promises.

So it's been a loooong time since I was last here. I could blame it on any number of things. 

But instead of focusing on the past, I'm all about the future.

So here I am. Taking a chance. Making a promise.

This photo was ridiculously hard for me to take. It's where I'm at now.

I'm putting it here as a kind of inspiration and motivation tactic to get myself where I want to be.

I'm not fixing myself on a number on the scales, nor a dress size.

I'm instead aiming to change the way I feel, inside and out.

So here starts my journey....
